I'm Jim Hartwell. I framed houses for a decade before getting my GC license in 2004, and I've run Hartwell Builders ever since. The number one complaint about contractors is the same everywhere: they vanish mid-job. So I run one major project at a time per crew. When we start your remodel, we're at your house every workday until it's done.
