I'm Mike Delgado. I started Harbor Point Plumbing in 2012 after eight years working for one of the big outfits in town. I got tired of watching customers pay for a sales pitch instead of a repair, so I went out on my own with one van and a promise: I quote the job, I do the job, and the price doesn't change halfway through.
It's still me on most jobs. When it's not, it's one of two plumbers I trained myself. Nobody on commission, nobody upselling you a repipe when a $40 fitting solves the problem.

What I do
Services
Leak detection and repair
Slab leaks, pinhole leaks in copper, dripping shutoffs. I find it, show you where it is and fix it.
Water heaters
Repair when it makes sense, replacement when it doesn't. Tank and tankless, usually installed the same week.
Drain cleaning
Kitchen lines, main lines, roots in the sewer. Camera inspection included on main line clogs.
Toilets and fixtures
Running toilets, new faucets, garbage disposals. Small jobs are still jobs and I take them.
Repiping
Old galvanized or failing copper replaced with PEX. Fixed bid, walls patched, done in days not weeks.
Sewer lines
Spot repairs and full replacements. I'll show you the camera footage before we talk about digging.
